This is a plain-English explanation of the cookies used on this website. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files, and similar pieces of stored data, that a website saves in your browser. They can be used to remember a choice you have made, to keep a website working securely, or to allow content from another company to be displayed.
Essential storage
This website stores your cookie choice in your browser so that you are not asked again on every visit, and the hosting service may set a small number of cookies needed to serve pages securely and to protect the contact form from misuse. This essential storage does not track you across other websites and cannot be switched off without breaking the website.
Cookies connected with the embedded map
The Contact section can show a Google map of the consulting room location. Google sets cookies and receives your IP address when that map loads. Because these cookies are not essential, the map is not loaded until you accept optional cookies. If you reject them, the address is shown with a link that opens the location in Google Maps in a new tab, so nothing is loaded without your agreement.
Accepting or rejecting optional cookies
When you first visit, a banner offers “Accept Optional Cookies” and “Reject Optional Cookies”. Essential storage continues to operate either way. Optional services are never loaded before you accept them.
Changing your choice
Your current choice is: no choice saved yet. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the button below, or the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
